Kielbasa Kabobs

½ cup dry white wine
½ cup water
2 cups tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 ½ lbs. fully cooked kielbasa-sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 small green or red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 small onion cut into 1 inch pieces
¼ lb. medium mushrooms

If using wooden skewers, soak in water at least 30 minutes to avoid burning.  In a medium saucepan, combine wine, water, tomato sauce, and chili powder.  Bring to a boil over medium heat.  Reduce heat and simmer until marinade is slightly thickened; about 5 minutes.  Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
